Desiccant
During the transportation, did you encounter the following conditions:
Carton softening, container water droplets (container rain), equipment metal rust, damp and mildew...
What is container rain?
During the transporation, the container is a confined space. The temperature during the day is above 40°C, and the temperature drops to 0°C at night. The temperature difference will condense the water vapor in the closed container into water droplets, which is called container rain.
The formation of container rain will cause cartons to become soft and collapse after absorbing water, machine parts rust, goods moldy... etc. To avoid these problems, using a powerful container desiccant is your best choice.

STEP 1:Seal the ventilation holes of the container with tape, |
STEP 2:Hang the desiccant on the hanging ring |
STEP 3:After hanging the desiccant, |
STEP 4:After the goods are loaded, quickly close the container door, ensure that the inside is sealed |
Notice:
-
Check whether the container is damaged, such as holes or cracks in the walls, roof or bottom of the container
-
Check the moisture level of the wooden floor inside the container. If possible, do not use containers with wood boards with a moisture value of more than 20%, which will increase the moisture rate.
-
Seal all vents of the container, do not let the goods and the desiccant stick together, let the desiccant leave enough moisture absorption space, it is very important! ! !
